Limited Class Size To Ensure Personal Attention.
Five week program - June 30th to August 1st, 2008.

Ages 13-20.
Boarding is available.
Boarding will once again take place at the beautiful Hun School www.hun.k12.nj.us
$1,800. This fee includes double occupancy dormitory rooms, breakfast, dinner, daily transportation by school bus and weekend activities.

Weekdays 9:30 am - 4:30 pm and Sat 10am - 4pm.

The cost is $2,500 for the Summer Intensive Program. Deposit of $1250 is required upon registration

We will have two levels grouped by skill. Maximum occupancy is twenty-two students in Int Pointe and twenty-five students in Adv Pointe.

A typical day will consist of the following:

Two hour technique class
One hour Pointe, Variations or Partnering
Break
One hour Gyrotonics, Stretch or Pilates
One and one half hour Jazz, Modern, or Theater Dance
One and one half to two hour rehearsal.

Audition Dates:

Audition fee is $20.00. Video audition fee is $30.00.

Requirements for Video Audition

In order to be considered for priority acceptance, it is advised that videos be received by April 15, 2007.

Please make your video run no longer than fifteen minutes.
At the beginning, please clearly state your name, age, and where you currently study.

The video should encompass the basic barre elements. Do one side each of plies, tondues, degages, rond de jambe a terre and en l'air, frappes, adagio, and grand battement.

Woman, please wear pointe shoes in the center. In the center, do adagio, pirouettes, petit allegro, grand allegro. Men, please demonstrate battu combination and tours en lair.

Difficulty of combinations while maintaining proper technique will be taken into consideration while evaluating the video.
